We offer bespoke garden buildings, annexes, log cabins and lodges that are designed to your specification.
In most cases you will not require planning consent as they fall within the regulation that mobile homes and garden buildings fall into but we can advise in each unique situation.
We do recommend speaking with your local authority in each situation and we can help you draft a letter of notification.

Typical Construction Methods
Our typical onsite construction is as follows;
8 x 2 softwood, treated, structural grade floor that is sat on either a concrete pad or an easy pad with adjustable foot. The floor is then insulated and boarded. We then use a 4 x 2 treated softwood frame that is OSB boarded, wrapped in breathable membrane and battened for cladding. The walls and roof are insulated up to 150mm using a Kingspan phenolic insulation.
Depending on your chosen internal layout we may need to use a lightweight tile system like a Tapco slate but if we can incorporate internal structural walls then normal tiles can be used.
